Inspections are performed by a CA and Arizona Licensed Pool Service and Repair Contractor who has performed thousands of pool inspections in the greater los Angeles area and past owner of Arizona pool Service company Previously located in both Arizona and California. Prior to sale, APS serviced and performed repairs to over 600 swimming pools weekly.

4.Do you check for leaks in the pool body?
We do not provide leak detection for underground pool body or piping leaks. We will, however, look for any signs that may reveal the need for specialized testing.

5.Can you provide an estimate for any damage uncovered?
As an unbiased third party, by California law, we are not permitted to write proposals for, perform any services or repairs on the pools we inspect. We can, however, help expedite the inspection process by submitting our inspection report to two pool service companies who can work with you by providing written estimates for any work necessary.

6.How long does it take?
The inspection will take no less than one hour but may take up to two, depending on the size of the pool and complexity of the water features and equipment.

7.How much does it cost?
The cost starts at $75 for your basic pool system if you schedule it with a home inspection provided by Mazza Inspections.
