1Do you inspect above ground spas?
No we do not inspect above ground spas.
2Do you inspect for safety hazards?
Yes, it is our top priority to look for any types of hazards that would pose a threat to human life. This would include, barriers, electrical and other types of hazards in, on or around the pool / spa. Our number one concern is the safety of our clients and anyone who may have access into a yard or facility containing a swimming pool or spa.
3What makes you qualified?
Inspections are performed by a CA and Arizona Licensed Pool Service and Repair Contractor who has performed thousands of pool inspections in the greater los Angeles area and Phoenix Arizona.
4Do you check for leaks in the pool piping or pool body?
We do not provide leak detection for underground pool body or piping leaks.
5Can you provide an estimate for any damage uncovered?
As an unbiased third party, by California law, we are not permitted to write proposals for, perform any services or repairs on the pools we inspect. We can, however, provide and approximate costs for issues discovered at the time of the inspection based on our years of experience as pool service and repair contractors.
6How long does an inspection take?
The inspection will take no less than one hour but may take up to two, depending on the size of the pool and complexity of the water features and equipment.
7How much does it cost?
The cost starts at $150 for your basic pool system if you schedule it with a home inspection provided by Mazza Inspections. Otherwise, the inspection starts at $295.
